Materi Ujian :
1. Jam 08.00 - 08.15 WIB (Simulasi Ujian)
2. Jam 08.15 - 09.45 WIB (Ujian Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris)(30 Soal)
3. Jam 09.45 - 11.45 WIB (Ujian Ilmu Keperawatan)(120 Soal)

Pakaian :
Laki - Laki : Pakaian Kemeja, Celana Panjang dan memakai Sepatu 
Perempuan : Pakaian Sopan, Memakai Rok ,dan Memakai Sepatu
