Biography
Ns. Yuanita Ananda is a nursing lecturer with a strong focus on entrepreneurship in nursing, as well as core nursing sciences such as basic nursing concepts and patient safety. She has an active interest in therapeutic communication and the fulfillment of basic human needs within the context of nursing. Ns. Yuanita serves as the Vice Dean of Student Affairs at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Andalas (2020-2024), where she plays an instrumental role in supporting students' development. Her research interests include nursing service quality, human resources in nursing management, and nursing rounds. She is dedicated to enhancing nursing education and improving the quality of care through her research and leadership.
