Biography
Ns. Ilfa Khairina is an experienced nursing professional with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, the nursing process, and critical thinking in nursing. She has a strong interest in basic nursing concepts and biomedical sciences. Her research interests are centered around human resources in nursing management and disaster nursing, with an emphasis on improving healthcare delivery in crisis situations. Ns. Ilfa has played a vital role as the Head of the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Andalas Journal, where she successfully led efforts to achieve Shinta accreditation nationally. She is committed to advancing nursing education and practice to ensure nurses are better prepared to handle complex healthcare challenges, especially in disaster situations.
