Biography

Ns. Esthika Ariany Maisa is a dedicated nursing professional with expertise in nursing leadership and management, critical thinking in the nursing process, and communication in nursing. She has an in-depth understanding of patient safety and occupational health, having contributed to the development of basic nursing skills and patient service excellence. Ns. Esthika has played a significant role in ensuring the quality of nursing education at Universitas Andalas. She was the Head of the Quality Assurance (Penjamin Mutu) Department in the Faculty of Nursing, where she was responsible for developing, completing, and improving documents related to the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), in alignment with the university’s standards and national accreditation requirements. Her efforts have contributed to ensuring that the Faculty of Nursing meets the required quality standards at both faculty and national levels.

Dr. Dewi Eka Putri is a prominent nursing educator and researcher specializing in psychiatric and disaster nursing. With expertise in health promotion and therapeutic communication, she plays a critical role in shaping the future of mental health nursing in Indonesia. Additionally, she served as the Head of the Bachelor’s Program in Nursing at Universitas Andalas and successfully led the program to achieve “Unggul” accreditation in 2023.

Known for her dedication to advancing nursing practices, she has played key roles in academically in cardiovascular and emergency development.
