Dr. Ns. Zifriyanthi Minanda Putri, M.Kep, is a nursing leader with a strong focus on improving patient and occupational health safety, nursing leadership, and service excellence. Holding both a Master's degree from Universitas Indonesia and a PhD from Universitas Andalas, Dr. Zifriyanthi has a passion for advancing nursing management practices. She has dedicated her career to promoting quality healthcare services through patient safety and the development of leadership skills within the nursing workforce. Her research interests include critical aspects of nursing management and healthcare safety, contributing to the ongoing evolution of nursing practice in Indonesia.
